The Virtual Exhibition offers the perfect opportunity to present your company,
products or services at a digital event and achieve a high visibility.

- Accessible for ECP- as well as Non-ECP-Participants
- Support in booth creation by organizer

• Basic booth: 1.305,43 €
• Advanced booth: 2.376,43 €
• Premium booth: 3.923,43 €

Booth data will be needed until 5 February 2021 for smooth processing.

>> ECP Job Exchange – Ticket & Virtual Exhibition:

  for Job Seeking (Phd) students only - tickets includes:
- Possibilty to publish a video, a short profile and a CV in the
  ECP Job Exchange hall of the virtual exhibition of the 5th ECP.
- Access to the 5th ECP

>> Further Details:

• All registration fees are applicable to German VAT (16% until 31 Dezember 2020, From the 1. January 2021 19%). The VAT will be added on the net price during the registration.
• If you are unable to participate in the 5^th ECP, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague in your company.
• Cancellation Fee: 30 percent of the ticket price if cancelled by 12 Jan 2021. Tickets from promotion actions are not cancellable but transferrable.
